Looking for someone to sublease my house with 3 other roommates Spring Semester 2023 while I am on Co-op.

Hi, my name is Sage! I am moving to Gaithersburg, MD for my first Co-op in Urban Design and Architecture and am in need of someone to sublease my HOUSE starting in January and ending at the end of April.

My 3 other roommates are super nice and fun to be around and love to hangout. We are a 5 minute drive from UC campus, the room is fully furnished, there is off-street parking, a basement, a backyard, a balcony, 2 bathrooms, laundry and dryer, kitchen, and large living room.
