  • Hang out in uptown and try as many tacos as you can

  • Cool museums like the Sixth floor Museum (Where JFK was shot)

  • Suprising amount of hiking south of the city

  • Take a trip to Austin, Waco, and San Antonio

  • Concerts at the House of Blues

  • Good eats in Victory Park and Deep Ellum

  • Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden

  • Fort Worth Stockyards

TRANSPORTATION

  • Car is the best for Dallas

    • Highway system is a bit overwhelming at first, there are 6+ lanes and GPS is not always accurate. Just take your time and be aware that people don't know how to merge

  • Can use the DART Rail to get around, but make sure to live on route if relying on it.

  • Download the Go-pass by using the arrow below

MAKING FRIENDS

  • Start a groupme of people in studio who are going to the same city/state as you. Plan events with them even if you are not living with them!

  • Bumble has a BFF mode where you can purely just look for other people looking for friends and not relationships

  • Volunteer for local events or join a community sport
